Terms of Service

1. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and API keys confidential. Keys grant programmatic access to your workspace — rotate or revoke any you do not recognize.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Launchxo lawfully and to respect the terms of any third-party service you connect. You are responsible for the content you generate, publish, and send, and for honoring each platform's rules (including disclosure of AI-generated media).
3. AI-generated content
Content is produced by AI and may contain errors. Review before publishing. You own the content you generate.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans bill in advance monthly. Credits (generation, TTS, video) reset each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire. We may adjust plan features and pricing with notice.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future billing immediately — no further charges.
No refunds for past charges, except where (a) we materially failed to deliver the service, (b) we made a misleading representation, or (c) a statutory right to a refund applies in your province or state.
First-cycle grace. If this is your first billing cycle, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge, no questions asked. Contact billing@launchxo.com.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You will see the renewal price at checkout. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
6. Service availability
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond fees paid in the prior 12 months.
